How do you ship your meat?

We ship all meat in an insulated foam cooler with gel ice packs, placed inside a cardboard shipping box. We recommend that you refrigerate or freeze your items as soon as possible after you receive your box.

What if I want to order a product that isn't listed on your website?

We get this question a lot because over the years, we have started to phase out certain products when we introduce new ones. You can either call us at 813-685-7745 or email and we will see if we can accomodate your request:)

Do you ship the same day my order is placed?

We ship 5-7 days after your order is placed, in order to pop your freshly made meat into the freezer and allow it time to freeze thoroughly. *Please note that we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure a timely delivery with no delays.

What kind of shipping options do you offer?

We offer FedEx 2Day shipping on all orders.

How do I track my order?

Tracking will available on the day the order is shipped after 4:00 PM. You will receive tracking information via the e-mail address you provided.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and UnionPay.
